ShareX is for people who take a lot of screenshots and want to do more with them than paste them. It combines capture, editing, uploading and small utilities in one desktop app, with no account and no adverts. It runs on Windows only, so it suits teams whose staff work on Windows PCs.

Annotate a screenshot for a bug report
Press the region capture hotkey and select the part of the screen you need. Mark it up with arrows, rectangles, text and step numbers, and hide private details with blur or pixelate. Set the after-capture task to copy the image to the clipboard so it is ready to paste into a ticket.
Share a screenshot link with one keystroke
Choose an upload destination, or follow the guides for Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage or Cloudflare R2 to use storage your company controls. Set after-upload tasks to shorten the URL and copy it to the clipboard. One hotkey then captures, uploads and leaves a link ready to paste.
Record a short clip or GIF of a problem
Use screen recording or GIF recording to capture a short sequence of steps on screen. Trim the result with the built-in video trimmer or animated GIF trimmer. Save it locally or upload it like any other capture.
