What is Nextcloud?
Nextcloud turns a server you control into a home for a team's files and everyday tools. It covers storage, syncing and sharing, and it can grow into a fuller workplace through its app store, while encryption and two-factor authentication protect the data.
Nextcloud Server is an open-source platform for storing, syncing and sharing files, contacts and calendars on a server you choose. Hundreds of apps add tools such as mail and video chat, and encryption and two-factor authentication help protect the data.
Core capabilities
- Store files, contacts and calendars on your own server and sync them across devices.
- Share files with colleagues and clients, or work on them together.
- Extend it with hundreds of apps such as Calendar, Contacts, Mail and video chat.
Access, sync and share your data
Files, contacts and calendars live on a server of your choosing and stay synchronised across devices. Sharing gives other people access to exactly what they need, which suits client folders as well as internal collaboration.
