What is Krayin CRM?
Krayin CRM gives a small or growing sales team a place to track leads, contacts and deals without a per-seat subscription. It runs on a standard PHP and MySQL stack, so it can live on the same kind of server as many company websites. Because it is built on Laravel, developers can extend it with their own modules.
Krayin CRM is a customer relationship management application built with Laravel and Vue.js. It covers leads moving through a sales pipeline, contacts, products, quotes, activities and email, with an admin dashboard. Settings add roles, custom attributes, email templates, workflows and web forms that send website enquiries into the CRM.
Core capabilities
- Moves leads through pipeline stages from first contact to a won deal.
- Keeps contacts, products, quotes, activities and email in one admin panel.
- Web forms, workflows, roles and custom attributes are set up in Settings.
Leads, contacts and quotes
Leads record a prospect's company, contact details and position in the sales funnel, and move through the stages of a pipeline. Contacts hold the people and organisations you work with, and products can be added to quotes with their prices. Activities record calls, meetings and notes, and a Mails section handles email. Notifications, quick add and a global search help users find and enter data quickly.

Settings, automation and extensions
Settings cover users, roles with permission sets, groups, pipelines, lead sources and types. Custom attributes add your own fields to records, and tags label contacts by need or interest. Email templates, workflows and web forms handle repeated messages, process steps and website lead capture. The README also lists email parsing through SendGrid. WhatsApp, VoIP, Google integration and multi-tenant SaaS are sold separately as paid extensions.

Run it yourself under MIT
Krayin needs Apache or NGINX, PHP 8.3 or later, Composer, at least 3 GB of RAM, and MySQL 8.0.32 or MariaDB 11.4 or later. Install it with composer create-project, set the app URL, mail and database details in the .env file, and run php artisan krayin-crm:install. The admin panel is then available at /admin/login. The documentation also describes Docker images and a Docker Compose setup, and the company sells managed cloud hosting. Krayin CRM is released under the MIT licence.

Where it fits
Use cases
- 01
Run a sales pipeline for a small team
Set up a pipeline with the stages your deals pass through, and add sources and types to record where each lead came from and whether it is new business. Create leads with the contact's details and move them along the pipeline as they progress. The admin dashboard gives an overview of what is happening.
- 02
Capture website enquiries as leads
Create a web form in Settings and place it on your website. Visitor details submitted through the form arrive in the CRM, ready to be worked as leads. Tags and groups help sort the new contacts by need or interest.
- 03
Send quotes and follow-ups from one place
Add your products, then build a quote with prices for a lead. Log calls, meetings and notes as activities so the whole team can see the history. Use email templates for messages you send often, and workflows to automate repeated steps.
